Location
The villa is located in the very center of the city, on the quay, just after Hotel “Palace”.

The property offers 8 double rooms and 2 apartments for 4 guests.

Front-side rooms
Four rooms are located on the front side of the villa and are fully equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, private bathroom, and wireless internet.

Back-side rooms
Four rooms are located on the back side of the villa. These rooms are smaller, without balconies, and therefore more affordable. They are fully equipped with private bathrooms, TV with cable channels, and internet access.
They do not have air conditioning, but they are in natural shade and remain cool.

Apartments
The two apartments are designed for 4 guests and include a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two twin beds. They are fully equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, private bathroom, and a balcony with lake view.

Important note
Rooms and apartments do not have kitchens.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
Check-out: until 10:00

Upon arrival, guests check in at the reception following standard procedures. The building is open from 08:00 to 22:00. Guests receive keys for both the room and the main entrance.

Housekeeping
Bed linen is changed every 3 days, and towels every 2 days.

Parking
Parking is available in front of the villa. It is public city parking, paid by guests themselves, at a rate of 400 MKD for 24 hours.
