The sofa in the living room is extendable and can accommodate two guests.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, as well as heating and cooling systems.

Upper Level
The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms, each furnished with identical standard double beds, wardrobes, and bedside tables.
The total capacity of the bedrooms is 6 guests.
There is also a terrace with seating furniture, a small stove with 2 hotplates, and an electric grill.
Additionally, the upper floor includes a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

• No private parking is available; cars can be parked in the shared public area around the building

• Check-in: 14:00 (earlier check-in possible by arrangement if no guests are staying)
