About the villa

The villa features a wooden interior and is located in a peaceful area surrounded by family holiday homes. It is an ideal base for a mountain getaway, hiking and outdoor activities.

Layout and capacity

The ground floor has a spacious open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. It includes a seating area, a TV with Total TV and a dining table. The bathroom and toilet are also on this floor.

The upper floor has four bedrooms and a large terrace with beautiful views:

• Three bedrooms with a double bed in each
• One bedroom with two single beds

The bedrooms are furnished with beds and bedside tables. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, including children.

Activities nearby

Nearby hiking trails lead to Jelak, Leshnica and Titov Vrv. There are also cycling trails. The hosts can arrange hiking trips and horse riding. Horses and ATVs are available for hire nearby, and blueberries can be picked in the area towards the end of summer.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 11:00; earlier check-in may be possible if there are no guests staying beforehand
• Check-out: by 09:00; a later check-out may be possible if no new guests are expected
• The owners hand over the keys and show guests around the accommodation and surrounding area

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
