Built in 2021, Villa Matka is located in a unique natural setting overlooking the Treska River and the famous Matka Canyon. Guests are accommodated exclusively on the upper floor of the villa, offering privacy, comfort, and beautiful views of one of North Macedonia's most visited natural attractions.

Important: The ground floor of the villa is not available for rent. Guests have access only to the three studio units on the upper floor and the entire outdoor area.
