Taste the Spirit of Lesnovo in Every Bite of Homemade Delights

Taste the Spirit of Lesnovo in Every Bite of Homemade Delights

Surely many of our regular travelers and local travel agencies who use our platform to create offers haven’t heard of Vesna. Vesna is our new local heroine who lives for Lesnovo. Those who have visited her courtyard and enjoyed the delicious homemade food that she prepares with her own hands every day know the happy and positive story we are sharing with you today.

In Vesna's courtyard, various local and foreign tourists, ambassador groups, and families with children who seek clean air, nature, and healthy food have been visiting for quite some time. What we've mentioned so far is reason enough to open our 'Gastronomy' database, where you'll find Vesna's contact information. You can reserve a spot at one of her cooking classes or book a table in her green courtyard.

Vesna's courtyard is located opposite the Lesnovo Monastery, about a 1000-meter walk away. The courtyard features a gazebo with a capacity for up to 35 people, but as Vesna mentions, guests prefer to enjoy the green meadow. There are several signposts leading to Vesna's courtyard, which will help you easily find your way.

She says that she started with tourism back in 2008, when they began at a different location in the village. However, due to the development of the idea, in 2016, they built the current gazebo in the yard of their house. Today, with a smile, she says, 'I work from home.

The idea to start something like this came from her husband, Zoran, and they received support from her children as well. That’s why they say it’s a family business.

Vesna adds that they have opened a guestbook filled with positive comments, and there are guests who visit them multiple times, which is proof that they are satisfied with their service.

They most often prepare traditional food, rolled pastries, fruit jams made from the produce in Lesnovo, homemade juices, homemade roasted plum and grape rakija, and salads made from vegetables they grow themselves in their garden.

Vesna says that she prepares the food, jams, and juices herself, while the grilling and rakija are handled by her husband.
