Stay in an Ethno Villa in the Village of Ljubojno

Stay in an Ethno Villa in the Village of Ljubojno

Every day, we uncover all the unique accommodations in Macedonia that are worth visiting at least once in a lifetime. If there is one destination you must visit, it would certainly be the village of Ljubojno.

Just 2 kilometers from Lake Prespa, nestled at the foothills of Mount Baba and along the picturesque valley of the Brajchinska River, you will find the village of Ljubojno.

This beautiful mountain village is situated at an altitude of 920 meters and is surrounded by dense oak forests on the eastern side.

While walking along the paved streets of the village, you will have the impression of moving back in time. In the village, you'll notice many old houses built between the two world wars, funded by money earned from migrants. They are particularly characterized by finely carved stone, colorful facades, and unique balconies. These buildings will give you the feeling that you are strolling through a small urban neighborhood.

In the village itself, you will also find the villa "Stara Česhma," which has now joined the Kajak.mk platform. Our team had the pleasure of speaking with the hostess, Elida, this morning, who shared the story of this small, charming family retreat that will make your weekend even more enjoyable. The property features five rooms with a total of 13 beds, making it an ideal accommodation for a family exploration of the village of Ljubojno and its surroundings.
