Lake Mladost is well known for its numerous picnic spots, wineries, restaurants, and cafés, as well as the scenic walking trails that make for an active and refreshing day outdoors.

This unique villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area, offering a partial view of the lake. What matters most to us is that the villa is perfectly positioned to provide a breathtaking view during sunrise.

The hosts who opened their doors to the world of Kajak.mk have made sure this villa meets all the needs of modern travelers. In the yard, you'll find games for children, while the surrounding area is filled with restaurants and cafés — perfect spots to enjoy lunch or dinner.

The villa features a private pool designed for the summer months, while in winter it offers the perfect opportunity for active walks away from the city noise and crowds.

The villa offers several studios and one apartment. All units come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, cooktop, blender, coffee machine, and toaster, as well as a full set of kitchenware. Each unit also features a TV, inverter air conditioning, a complete bathroom with both floor and wall heating, comfortable and brand-new beds, Wi-Fi, and access to a private pool with a children’s area and trampoline.

Outside, there’s a covered patio with a barbecue, picnic tables and chairs surrounding the pool, and private parking for up to 7 vehicles.

Some of the studios have double beds, while others have single beds. The apartment includes a living room with a pull-out sofa and a separate bedroom. Each room has the option to add an extra bed and a baby crib.
