Weekend House in Matka – The Perfect Escape from City Pollution

Weekend House in Matka – The Perfect Escape from City Pollution

The first weekend house to join us in 2023 is this beautiful property located right by the Treska River, offering a stunning view of the river whose gentle flow will relax you throughout your stay.

Imagine leaving Skopje or other cities for a few days and relocating to the weekend house, where peace and tranquility surround you. The house is perfect for families, companies looking to move their offices into nature for a while, ideal for birthdays, family celebrations, and also for team-building events for small companies.

One of the key points highlighted by the hosts, which we should emphasize, is the fact that by the Treska River, there is a Mediterranean point where continental and Mediterranean winds intersect. This phenomenon has a calming effect on mental health and the respiratory system. The locals refer to this as the "Rose of Winds," which results in the production of negative ions. Additionally, just 40 meters from the house, there is a drinking water spring with a pH value of 7.7.

The property is a newly built structure from 2022. It offers 115 m² of living space and a 560 m² yard. This weekend house accommodates up to 10 adults for overnight stays.

The yard consists of three levels connected to each other and is ideal for larger events, as it can host up to 50-60 people. It also features an outdoor guest toilet.
