If there is a gastro destination that should be on your must-visit list this summer, it should be the village of Zrnosko, located in Mala Prespa, Albania.
The restaurant is located right on the shore of Lake Prespa and is a family tradition that has been thriving for 17 years, a story that was started by Kristi's parents.
Today, the restaurant is famous for its most sought-after specialty, "Carp in a Pan," which Kristi claims can only be found in this region. In addition to the pan-fried carp, it's also worth tasting the grilled carp, whitefish, and grilled pork ribs.
The uniqueness of the place lies in its location by Lake Prespa, the fresh air, and the taste of tradition.
