New Team Building Initiative and 200 Trees Planted in the Krushevo Region
New Team Building Initiative and 200 Trees Planted in the Krushevo Region
The team at Kajak.mk organized another wonderful team-building event this past weekend for the employees of 'KB First Pension Fund Society,' which means yet another great and active weekend spent with amazing people.
We know how to say: A weekend filled with new stories and new experiences.

The employees of 'KB First' had the opportunity to meet the local heroes we promote on our platform. Such visits are of great importance to us because companies provide direct support to local heroes, helping them continue to develop local tourism in a unique and distinct way.

Upon our arrival in Krusevo, we were warmly welcomed with homemade coffee, lokum, gurbija, and homemade sweet desserts prepared by the women of Krusevo who are part of the 'Krusevo Tourism Association.' Our morning began with lively conversation about Vlach customs, culture, and tradition. What perhaps transported us through history were the girls dressed in traditional Vlach urban attire, who served us coffee and dessert. Our heroine Lefkija showed us that Krusevo is a welcoming town all year round.
The fact that Krusevo Lake is magical in the autumn was confirmed through the horse tour we organized together with our Dime, the man who has been raising horses for a long time and organizing tours in the area around the city.
We always make sure that Krusevo specialties are prepared by Uni. 'Krusevska Odaja' is a place that deserves to be visited, where you can taste traditional homemade food in a beautiful, homely, ethnic setting.

Besides the unique experiences, what makes us happy is the fact that 'KB First' joined our campaign for planting new trees in the region where the team-building event was organized. Together with 'National Forests,' we succeeded in planting 200 new trees in the area of the 'Holy Transfiguration' Monastery, where a large fire broke out a few years ago.

Through these team-building trips, previous companies as well as 'KB First' provided direct support to the tourism sector during the pandemic, offering direct support to local heroes who have dedicated their entire lives to tourism. At the same time, they issued a call to all companies to start thinking ecologically and responsibly. This is what makes our team-building trips—MORE IMPACTFUL.

The team at Kajak.mk expresses our gratitude for the trust and the decision that allowed us to introduce them to our world.
