Food, Music, Rain, and Fun: Marquardt Shows How to Enjoy Even on a Rainy Day

Food, Music, Rain, and Fun: Marquardt Shows How to Enjoy Even on a Rainy Day

Today's read is dedicated to our last organized team-building event, and we'll start and end it with the same sentence, which goes like this: "If you want advice on how to have great mood and fun with your team during rainy days, all you need to do is reach out to Marquardt." Employees who proved that there is no bad weather for traveling and that the desire for new adventures is always stronger than a storm.

This team-building will be remembered for the positive energy spread by the employees of the company. The Kajak.mk team is happy to have had the opportunity to organize another extraordinary team-building in the south of Macedonia, with the main destination being the tourist spot "Bel Raj," a location we've often shared tips and information about.

Upon arriving at the location, the group was warmly welcomed by young people dressed in traditional local attire, children who had just started learning the craft of hospitality and tourism. We marked the day with a glass of rakija for good health, a Macedonian snack, and many team challenges.

In the Bel Raj/Bel Most region, you can't miss the challenge that will encourage you to explore the entire area. This location is perfect for organizing a "Treasure Hunt." The whole group, surrounded by fresh mountain air, by a river with whirlpools, dense green forests, and many questions to explore, will have an unforgettable adventure.

As organizers, we decided to focus on a few fun games, but among other things, we also organized a class on making traditional bread. One thing we realized from the very beginning was the fact that we had quite a few experienced professionals in the group who knew how to make the perfect bread for the oven. From here, we can say that anyone who has a colleague skilled in preparing homemade food must be a happy person.

In addition to the educational and challenging activities, the group enjoyed the fun provided by the guys from ChillOut. Young musicians and eco-activists whom Kajak.mk frequently invites to its events. What leaves a lasting impression is their way of interacting with guests, the freedom of expression, the combination of various moments when the guests themselves sing and play, all the way to an acoustic concert in the rain.

We are happy to have had a wonderful day with the employees from Marquardt. People we will remember for their positive energy, great sense of humor, socializing, and fun. We are also glad that the company, through its team-building event, provided direct support to the hosts of "Bel Raj," who tirelessly invest in the development of their story. Here, we also had "Zingber," who crafted unique wooden decorations that spread the message of unity and cooperation.

As we mentioned at the very beginning, if you want advice on how to have the best time even in the worst weather conditions, turn to Marquardt. Employees who showed how to defy bad weather.

The company "Marquardt," through its team-building event, donated 200 new trees for reforestation, which will be planted during the autumn planting season.
