Team Building with Cooking Classes, Tent Pitching, and Donkey Milk

Team Building with Cooking Classes, Tent Pitching, and Donkey Milk

The policy of the Kajak.mk team is that every team-building activity should involve outdoor activities. We build this concept on our belief that every employee deserves at least one day spent in nature, enjoying the sunshine, engaging their muscles by exploring new places, and discovering new destinations.

We constantly say that there isn’t a destination in Macedonia that would be boring for a team-building gathering. Every village, every mountain, every corner of Macedonia has its own unique story and a local resident worth meeting. We often say that we should be tourists in the way the local people live, and luckily for us – we succeed!

Many would also say that Ponikva is a boring destination because it doesn’t offer many adrenaline attractions. However, as a team, we know how to fill the free time in Ponikva with plenty of outdoor activities.

This past weekend, we had the opportunity to spend time together and organize the team-building trip for the dental clinic "Dental Art," a company with many years of experience in the market and a young and dynamic team. A team ready for challenges and competition.

We used the weekend to explore Ponikva, uncover all its hidden gems, and hike not just one but a full six kilometers to reach our much-anticipated lunch. We learned how to pitch a tent in record time and discovered how to prepare traditional Kocani specialties such as Lapa and Sutlijash.

At the home of the Aleksov family, we were warmly welcomed with delicious homemade traditional food, and the cherry on top was the tasting of "Donkey Milk," which was a completely new experience for many in the group. The music was provided by the team from ChillOut, who are already a part of the world we are building together.

Thank you, "Dental Art," for bringing the sunshine.
