Rustic mountain accommodation at 900 meters above sea level in the Polaki region

Has anyone heard of the Polaki region, located 15 kilometers from Kočani, in the Osogovo Mountains, at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level? This secluded area in Macedonia, rarely mentioned or visited, is quite unique due to the old villages of fragmented type with traditional architecture typical of the Osogovo region of Macedonia.

You can book the weekend house with just one click HERE.

The team at Kajak.mk is happy to have reached this destination and to offer you accommodation that is perfect for every adventurer and lover of Macedonia and its untouched landscapes.

To reach this area, you travel through Kočani, toward the village of Pripor, passing by the St. Ilija church, and continue along the road leading to the village of Polaki. Today, this region is almost completely depopulated, and the village is home to nearly 30 residents.
