Ponikva Villa with Panoramic Views of Skopje & Beyond

Ponikva Villa with Panoramic Views of Skopje & Beyond

The villa is located at 1,600 m above sea level in Ponikva, an area with hiking and biking trails where guests can walk and enjoy outdoor recreation.

The main reasons to visit Ponikva are the fresh air, excellent location, and pleasant atmosphere. Kajak.mk introduces the Romanovi villa, which can be rented in its entirety.

In addition to the clean air, Ponikva offers many opportunities for enjoyment and relaxation. These include hiking trails—16 km long routes leading to the highest peak in the region, “Tsarev Vrv”—as well as ski slopes that have become increasingly popular due to their excellent tracks and beginner-friendly terrain.

The Romanovi villa is located about 100 meters from Ski Slope No. 1 and approximately 500 meters from Ski Slope No. 2.

The villa offers Wi-Fi, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Guests are accommodated by the owners, and check-in and check-out are arranged directly with them.

The villa is located in the center of Ponikva, and on clear nights, the lights of Skopje, Kumanovo, Probistip, and Sveti Nikole shine, creating a unique and mesmerizing view of the surrounding area.

The villa features four bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room, and a large yard. It can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a nightly rate of 4,500 MKD. You can reserve the villa by calling 078 230 929.
