Your Own Home in Mavrovo2 Residence — Always Close to the Beauty of the Mountain

Your Own Home in Mavrovo2 Residence — Always Close to the Beauty of the Mountain

One of our most beautiful mountain recreational centers, Mavrovo, has always been considered a highly desirable destination for vacation and recreation throughout the entire year, especially during the winter months. The opportunities offered by this national park, with its picturesque mountain slopes, attract lovers of all kinds of recreational activities in every season.

Being on the slopes of Bistra during the spring and summer months means enjoying walks along mountain trails such as Chavkarnik and savoring the blessings of the lush local nature. But it’s not just about hiking and mountaineering—the forest-rich slopes offer excellent conditions for mountain biking and trail cycling. Mavrovo Lake further enriches the entire ambiance, opening up new opportunities for sports and recreation such as kayaking and various other water activities.

During the winter months, the snowy landscapes and trails of Bistra are irresistible to nearly anyone seeking refuge from polluted urban centers. Skiing, enjoying the snow, and breathing in the fresh mountain air are moments treasured by anyone looking for a break from everyday life and stressful work routines.

The idea of having your own place here as a weekend cottage has always been a dream for many lovers of pristine nature and the relaxation opportunities offered by this national park. However, owning a weekend house is a challenge that requires significant investment—from acquiring land to construction, as well as ongoing maintenance.

Following trends in neighboring countries, things are starting to change in our region as well, offering new opportunities to own something in the mountains. Nearly a year ago, the news was very well received by many people that a new residential complex would be built on the slopes of Bistra, near the ski areas.

This is an investment by the well-known consulting and brokerage company Cushman & Wakefield / FORTONMKA, carried out through its subsidiary Forton Invest. On a 9,000 m² area, the complex will offer 188 residential units of various sizes to suit every taste and need. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed by the end of this year, while phase two will be finished by the end of 2022.

Mavrovo2 Residence is already becoming a real attraction for everyone interested in owning a home in this national park, as many of the apartments from the first phase have already found their owners. For many, having their own apartment in Mavrovo2 Residence means having the national park as their second home and being able to escape to the mountains every month of the year.

For all future residents interested in the Mavrovo2 Residence complex, the company’s sales team is available to offer the best opportunities to all Mavrovo lovers who want the national park to become their second home in the future.
