Escape to a Villa at 1500 Meters Altitude
There are tourists who can’t stand the summer heat and seek the mountains instead of the beach. This category often includes people involved in agriculture who need fresh air and oxygen. Alongside them are hikers, those looking for a weekend getaway in the mountains, active athletes, and many others for whom the mountain is simply the mountain.
For these reasons, the Kajak.mk team, alongside continuously adding accommodations by lakes, rivers, and the sea, will keep surprising you with mountain lodgings throughout the summer season.
Today, we take you to the village of Gorna Belica, located at 1500 meters above sea level — an ideal getaway for those who want to escape it all. The weekend house of host Gjoko, now part of Kajak.mk’s accommodation base, is accessible via a paved road through the village of Vishni and Vevchani.

The surroundings of the village are mountainous, offering guests the opportunity to organize short walks to the St. Clement Monastery or mountain hikes to the peaks Crn Kamen and Chuma.
The weekend house features a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedrooms include a double bedroom with 2 beds, a children's room with 3 beds, and the living room has a large bed. The accommodation can host up to seven guests.
