Planting Trees and Supporting Local Artisans Through Eco Team-Building

The team at Kajak.mk is happy to have organized another wonderful eco team-building event in Negotino, where the company "Singular" donated and planted new trees in a beautiful park in Negotino, which we are sure will be appreciated by the local community.

April 20th was the only date when we had plenty of sunshine, a pleasant temperature to enjoy the outdoors, and a great atmosphere among the employees of the company "Singular," who, as we say, wisely use all the knowledge and information from Kajak.mk in order to support the local economy.

What is of particular importance to us is the fact that, alongside the afforestation actions we organize in certain municipalities in Macedonia, we also use the same day to promote and support the local artisans who work in that area.

This means that after the afforestation action, we use the day to visit the local potters in Negotino, who have been nurturing the family tradition of working with clay to create unique items for 200 years.

Here, we had the opportunity to learn about their family story, discover the beginnings, hear about the production process, and most importantly, observe how an item is made, engraved, and fired. Many experienced what it's like to craft an item, and at the end of the visit, we all left with small gifts.

In our agenda was also a visit to the "Old-Timers Museum," whose story is yet to be fully heard. Dimitar, who opened the doors of the museum for us, shared the story that their father started writing, and which today he and his brother continue.

The day ended at a beautiful location where gastronomy and nature blend together, a place where you can enjoy for entire days without needing to do anything additional. The team at Kajak.mk focuses, through such one-day team-building events, to include local gastronomy, local wine, and ensure that all participants involved in the agenda benefit financially from the event.

Therefore, we sincerely thank the company "Singular," who recognizes the purpose of our existence and collaborates with us. Every partnership brings great benefits to the local economy, nature, and all the local heroes who contribute to creating small things of great importance in the development of tourism.
